EAHS Coalition members represent a committed and diverse group of stakeholders who are critical in bringing this work to life. The coalition is community driven and works to intentionally set priorities and goals that collectively strengthens the work of our individual members.

The coalition is comprised of providers, community organizations, health care, social service agencies, businesses and families that works together to make the healthy choice the easy choice for young children and their families.

Together, we work to ensure that young children in Cuyahoga County are given every opportunity to reach their fullest, healthiest potential.
