Ohio Healthy Programs Training Session 2: Healthy Menus

Healthy Menus- ST10074318.  This session focuses on planning a healthy menu. Participants will plan, create and evaluate sample or current menus. Participants will discuss ideas on how to make menus healthier on a budget. Tips will be given to ensure variety and balance. Connection to the health and well-being standards will be discussed.  Training is free, participants will receive 2.5 Ohio Approved Step Up hours.
